About us
In September 2021, when RSHE instruction became mandatory in British schools, the available resources were quite limited. Recognising this gap in the market and the need for a product aligned with people’s values and beliefs, a group of consciousness educators joined forces to develop a new RSHE curriculum.
Following an extensive brainstorming phase, their focus became immersed in Birmingham University’s character development program. This led them to the belief that effective RSHE education is firmly rooted in the cultivation of good character, which is fundamentally shaped by one’s values. In the summer of 2022, the team embarked on the creation of a new RSHE curriculum spanning both primary and secondary education levels.

The provision of a comprehensive and inclusive curriculum that empowers teachers, parents and young people with resources and guidance to effectively deliver relationships, sex and health education.
Our Curriculum
Alongside developing an understanding of relationships, friendships, staying safe and strategies for physical health and mental well-being, our curriculum is grounded in the development of values and character strengths.
We strongly believe that to bring about changes in attitudes and behaviours, it is essential to start by reflecting on the values we hold and the strengths we possess. Then, we can initiate personal growth through incremental steps in character development.
Hence, each lesson in the Blossom curriculum centres on the reflection and development of a fundamental character strength.
Through the Blossom curriculum, students will embark on a journey to learn, reflect upon, and cultivate good character.

Our team of teachers and educators have a wealth of experience in curriculum design and development. The team understand the evolving landscape of RSHE and have ensured that the Blossom curriculum combines evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning with a character development focus.
