Values framework
Blossom’s core philosophy centres on introspection and nurturing fundamental values and character strengths in students to facilitate real personal growth. Those values are Wisdom, Courage, Humanity, Justice, Temperance and Transcendence.
Long term overview
In alignment with the statutory guidelines established by the DfE, the Values framework was incorporated into the development of a comprehensive long-term overview. This approach produced a curriculum that not only meets compliance but is also underpinned by a robust ethical framework.

Teachers resource & lesson plans
Every lesson contains structured resources that equip teachers with the necessary tools to deliver an effective lesson. These include teacher notes, child-centred activities and discussions, lesson overviews, and pupil resource sheets.
